Your products once shipped may take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Products may arrive in separate packages!
2. What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
In the case of a misprint, damaged or lost item let us know within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement. Proof of damage or loss will be required.
We do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse or wrong size. Each product has a size guide and should be followed for proper sizing.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong color, defective, or wrong item -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges.
6. Where do you ship to?
As of right now we only ship to the USA, but hoping to expand that in the future!
7. What does "Eden & Thread" mean?
Essentially, I got Eden from the story of the Garden of Eden. It's always been a curious tale to me. Also, there's a song called Eden by Monkey Majik and it's one of my absolute favorites! Thread is just because of fabric. So essentially it means "clothing of the world" in a sense.
